It is the service that separates Idaho Mountain Touring from all the other outdoor outfitters. Your associates are always friendly and very willing to help. Recently needed to purchase several items, even though I live in Virginia, that needed to be picked up at the store in Boise. Some items were at the downtown location and others at the Meridan store. Once everything was in the Boise store, an over-the-phone transaction was concluded. Then, the associate, Morgan, took that extra nice step to volunteer to gift wrap all the items. "Boise nice" is alive and well at Idaho Mountain Touring. First name removed
