I’ve gotten a lot of help with bike service at Idaho Mountain Touring Meridian location, and prices are fair. I do as much of my bike maintenance as I can at home, but the shop always comes through when I just need something done quickly and correctly.

Most outdoor stores carry the similar brands and gear so the staff has a huge impact on one’s overall experience and IMT’s staff is absolutely the best. They are upbeat and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I only shop at the downtown Boise store so only speak about that store but because the store is housed in buildings that had previous uses the layout of the store is interesting and fun to wonder around discovering things. The selection of merchandise is excellent and I rarely walk out without something!
