The products sold at IMT are high end quality. I have never returned anything because I was dissatisfied with the performance. I frequently take my bike to the shop and the service has always been well done. The staff is friendly and they always offer assistance. IMT is a first class outdoor store.

IMT has always had a great assortment of products to support my outdoor adventures and the sales and shop staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and generous with their time when I have questions. If that isn't enough . . . I'm happy to head downtown and spend a few hours just staring at the new Ibis Exie that is on the sales floor.

We were referred to Idaho Mountain Touring by a friend. Our goal was to gather as much information as possible about ebikes so that eventually we would make informed decisions when purchasing. The young lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable, informative and attentive. She discussed all options and wanted to make sure we understood in order to make sure we chose an ebike that would meet our style of biking. We did put down a deposit on 2 ebikes.

Sam helped us find the perfect bike for our child! Each bike and it’s functions were explained allowing us to make an informed decision. They did not have the size we needed in that store. So Sam had one transferred from their other store all assembled and ready for us to pick it up within a couple days. We really appreciated the information packet that came with the bike explaining all the services that are provided with the purchase. It also contained information on how to register the bike with police department if it was stolen. All around great experience.

Clearly the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time! Sam at the Boise store was exceptionally helpful on the phone by locating the item I needed even though it was under an alternate SKU. This item is really tough to find so I'm also impressed IMT had it in stock--I couldn't find any other seller that carries it. The item shipped quickly, arrived on time, and was in perfect condition. Amanda left a handwritten note inside the box thanking me for my business. Unbelievable. I will continue to shop IMT!
