Bill went the extra mile to help me fix my Kuat rack and even lent me a tool to do the job. Store has by far the best selection of gear in the whole of Boise. Staff is consistently professional and pleasant to deal with….no one chases you off the floor if like me you just like browsing and ambling around the store looking for inspiration to strike.

This is my first time to the cherry lane store and the folks were as nice as the ones downtown. I need to think about it but I think imt is my favorite retail store in Boise. I love the selection but service has always been great and employee retention really adds to that. I am not in there all that often but I feel like I know many of you.
Everyone is always very helpful and knowledgable. Service is always efficient. Very pleased with my bike purchase and after sale service.

I really liked working with Idaho Mountain Touring. I ordered a discontinued Swix beanie from them, it matches my backcountry skiing wardrobe perfectly and I was so excited to accidentally find it. They promptly emailed me after purchase, letting me know that the hat had be stained in storage and it was the last one. They included a photo. After chatting with them I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I really appreciate the communication. I dropped the hat in some OxiClean when it arrived and the stain came right out in 10 minutes. It's a perfect, brand new hat now! Such a wonderful company. They really take care of their customers. I will be a customer for life. Thank you so much Idaho Mountain Touring!
