Helen's steered my right when I bought my road and mountain bike. They have been great with service. Just brought in my road bike. Got an assessment and probable repair need. I got the bike back in a day. It was much less than anticipated. Gil (now in SM after years in Westwood) the mechanic checked it out and determined the repair was simpler than he thought it would be.
We dropped off a bicycle for service that we bought at Helen's ($5000) last February. Helen's offered free tune ups for 1 year. We dropped off the bike and was informed that it would be over a week for the service to be completed. Okay. A day after the service was scheduled to be completed, we called to inquire as to why we hadn't been informed the day prior about the status of the service. We were passed around to about 2-3 different people before we got someone to help us. The person we ultimately talked to said that they "found" the bike, and the that the service hadn't been completed. The same person committed to having the service done by 3:00PM and that Helen's would "text" us when the work was complete. We didn't receive a text. We called an hour or so before closing and was informed that the work was complete. We picked up the bike and was pleased that: 1) There was no damage, 2) The tune up seemed to be complete.
Look, manage your workload and keep customers informed. Our negative experience was a result of a dereliction of both. We bought a $5000 bike (actually 2 on the same day). Please treat your customers with same respect after the sale as you do before.

I called for a bib short and they told me they have it in stock, but when I got there it was another brand that they tried to sell me, waist of my time, then I ordered it on line and after a day they told me they don’t have it in stock!!!!
Also they have not refund my money yet and they should of refunded right away.
