Everyone at Helen’s Bike shop were really helpful and provided incredible service. Eric Renick, is very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and assisted me without hesitation. I found exactly what I was looking for! Rosey was super helpful and kind during the purchasing process and she provided me with all the pick up details my dad would need upon receiving the bike. The owner also sent me pictures of the bike once it was built to ensure I was purchasing the correct bike for my daughter. Everyone I spoke to were kind, helpful and very friendly. If you are considering making a purchase sight unseen, you have nothing to worry about this bike shop is a trustworthy business you can trust.

The staff was responsive and helpful with a request.
The shop was recommended by my friend to take my bike several months ago. Although it was for my shoes, there serviced me with a smile. I returned recently for chain service; it kept shifting while riding. Again, they gave me a time frame, and it was right on the money. It was ready. The service person even made a couple of minor adjustments. I purchased some socks and a cartridge with a tip. I left the cartridge and tip at the counter but hoped Greg could put it away until Wednesday when they open.

It was my first time at the store. Everyone at the gym had recommended Helen’s but I hadn’t gone before because I felt intimidated by the whole cycling vibe given I’m just starting to cycle indoors and I’m feeling lost.
I was so wrong to not come until now. They were so warm and nice since I entered the store. They went above and beyond to help me, Seth in particular. Thank you! I will definitely go back for all my future cycling needs and recommend this my friends

Everyone, especially Max, was incredibly helpful finding the right bike for my daughter. The selection of bikes and accessories are great!
Keeps my bike in racing shape
Bought new computer and had discussed the old type bike I had. Upon returning home and reading installation directions, discovered that this computer would not work on my bike. I returned the device and the woman who did the return, upon my giving reason for return, said, "Yea, that computer only works on Trek bikes". The original salesperson should have know this or if not asked one of the service people.
Service was amazing!
I was a little surprised by how Trek-heavy your inventory is. I have a Trek bike and love it, but even most of the accessories at I Martin appear to be Bontrager. Again, I have no problem with Bontrager products, but I would have liked to see more diversity. For instance, I was looking at seats and didn't see anything from Brooks. Did I just miss them?
The service on my visit, however, was fast and impeccable.
