Joe in service was very friendly and helpful. I would suggest a bell or something at the back bike repair service desk because no one was there and it was hard to get anyone’s attention. Would also suggest occasional discounts on the price of your servicing.

Store is well stocked with a broad selection of bike models and technology levels supporting most regional needs. Also well linked to Manufacturing supply chains by a well informed and committed staff. If you can think of it this store probably has a well chosen example of it on site or at one of its other affiliated locations. In addition to its indoor display and repair space, the surrounding outside paved areas allow plenty of traffic free test ride surface perfect for close evaluation and close comparisons of their wide model inventory. This is truly a fun place to explore modern bicycle technology and culture.

I have been going to Eddy's bike shop for YEARS. I bought a Trek at the Stow location in 1998, and have had many many maintenance services, new tires, accessories installed by Eddy's. Now that I have reached 60, I finally bought a new bike that was not offered at Eddy's - a comfort height "Roll" (Specialized). I had it sent to Eddy's North Olmsted for assembly. They assembled it for me, and installed some accessories I purchased as well as some that had been on my old bike. That is service with a smile! (for a bike that I did not purchase there). I appreciate it and will continue to have maintenance etc. done there.
The friendly, knowledgeable staff makes me feel confident about my purchases. Any warranties involved are always explained well, too. It's nice to have enthusiastic bicycle experts in a physical store so close to my home.

Product is high quality. The people there are knowledgeable and great. Taylor and Dennis saved Christmas and Santa’s reputation a week ago. I brought in our granddaughter’s new bike that I had about 95% put together but had made a big goof. They fixed it and had me out of there in minutes. Didn’t even buy it there as a particular purple was requested from Santa. Gramps was saved!!
