I had called another bike shop to get a tire fixed, the guy told me he would call me back after the weekend (I called on a Thursday), over a week later the call never came. I walked in to Eddy’s unannounced and they fixed it on the spot. Great customer service.

I had an issue with that bike same day purchase when I was on the towpath at CVNP. I called Eddys at Stow approx. 1-2 hrs after I had made the purchase and they directed me to the make-shift Eddys location in Peninsula. I went there and they replaced my pedals free of charge and got me back out on the trail.
This is excellent customer service.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. New look of the store is great. I was skeptical as we had been customers of CC, but were very pleased with our experience at Eddy's. They took the time to talk with us and really meet the needs of my son so that he was getting a bike that would last him a good length of time.

Came in needing a tune up on my bike and was told about a busted rear axle which I never even thought or knew about. That Schwinn bike I had wasn't even built for rough terrain or trails, so I upgraded to a Giant which was built for off road and mountain biking. It had a bigger frame, disc brakes and paddle shift gear changer. Steering felt way better, tires were bigger and had more grip. Actually felt like riding something that was my size. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience.

took my bike in for a tune up. took about a week d/t back log. worth the wait. road it in the parking lot before leaving and all of my gears shifted like new. (my bike is 18 years old) riding my bike will be much more pleasurable now. thank you!

the crew at Eddy's bike shop went above and beyond to fix a problem I was having with my bike that a bought from them, it took a few trips to get it ironed out but they got it fixed and I was happy.. I wont hesitate to purchase from them in the future
I bought brake pedals last summer, but never had a chance to put them on my bike. Went into the store just last week and asked them if they could do it for me. They were very courteous put the bike pedals on my bike without any charge.
They are definitely my go to bike shop for all my needs.
