Return policy is not that great and bike wasn’t verified to be in working order prior to being taken out of store. Similar to what you could expect from REI or Sports Basement. Which have a more forgiving return policy than “If it’s been ridden it’s not returnable.”
This return policy plus the fact that the bike is shown to be in working order prior to walking out the store can leave a buyer SOL, if the gears malfunction as soon as they took it for a “short ride.” Which now can’t be returned.

The sales people, Becky and Sonja. were friendly and took their time to explain the differences of the bikes.
When it came to bike racks I'm not so sure.
Top quality merchandise, very large selection of bicycles and E-Bikes. Plus an enormous inventory of bicycle accessories. Service is excellent, professional and helpful. The owners of the bike shop and their staff are friendly and extremely Knowledgeable about the product they sell.
