I like the well-rounded advice. I've worked with almost the whole family, and get consistently reasonable advice when I ask judgement based questions...e.g. why will I like or not-like that bike, or this feature, or this tire vs. that tire.
You guys are great at that and have been for 20+ years.

Steve is a superstar! He was very patient to explain all spec of different bike racks to me, he also demonstrated how to use these racks and told me me the pros/cons. I walked into the store without prior knowledge of bike racks, and I walked out with a special order very happily!

I’ve been getting tune-ups on my Trek every since I got it in 2005 and it’s still going, so you must be doing something right
Great experience. Called to make an appt to get my bike tuned up and was able to get it in the next week ( I thought it would take weeks). Everyone was professional and friendly.
It also looked like they had a good selection of bike accessories and gear.

Great Products, and extremely great service.
The rear wheel on my mountain bike (purchased at Chain Reaction many years ago) had two broken spokes. I don't own the tools to remove the cassette and disk brake. Mike gave me immediate help for a truly minimal charge. Amazing service!

While purchasing my electric mountain bike, my brother asked Karen, who was helping us, if they gave a military discount. She said no, but then volunteered her opinion on how there shouldn’t be any military discounts and how she couldn’t pay her employees in this area if she was to offer a discount. My brother who served overseas was very offended and stormed out of the store - and I wouldn’t have bought the bike if anyone else had them in stock. I’m not saying you need to offer a discount, but she should be more respectful and empathetic of others who you don’t know what they’ve been through.

The staff are like family and I’ve always gotten the best sustainer service at Chain Reaction.
My neighbor, who's been a customer, recommended Chain Reaction. Mike took the time with me to explain my bike's potential issue, even though it was relatively a small problem. I didn't have to wait; in and out in 10 mins. I do appreciate that. I'll be back.
