Shop had a huge selection of Trek bicycles and was very accommodating with requests to test ride. First name removed found a bike in the warehouse in my size and built it up for me to ride. I ended up not buying the bike but I really appreciated the service.
competency and flexibility with returns
They fixed a challenging problem with my bike that several other bike shops could not. They also did this spontaneously, when I did not have an appointment. They explained everything so well, and it was great that the information was also sent to me in an email and as a long text on my receipt! I could not recommend more. I have had great service every time I have been in the store!
