Customer service from Kevin was really impressive. Even under what was an unusually stressful situation, Kevin was calm and professional. In the end, the bike that I tried was not the right bike for me, but I will still try to find a way to support this shop in the future. Very positive experience, friendly service, and great people running this shop.

Staff are friendly and spend time explaining the features of products and alternatives. Service and repairs are done promptly and on time.
I don't want to go anywhere else. This family run business is excellent in knowledge, customer care and inventory. I bought my first bike from them 7 years ago and I just bought my second bike from them. Every experience with them has been positive and helpful. I think they bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with purchases and repairs. Three thumbs up!
My family loves Chain Reaction Bicycles. Whenever I walk in, I'm instantly greeted in a not over the top manner and asked if I need help. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful in a low key manner. I recently upgraded to a nicer bike and the fitting process was accurate and easy to do. I'm looking forward to great bike rides on my Chain Reaction bike.
