Very attentive and caring staff, above all else. Oliver managed my purchase and he was a pleasure to work with. Nice guy too. The whole process was not rushed in any way, and completely un-pressured. Obviously very knowledgeable too. On top of that, good selection of bikes and accessories to choose from, and a dedicated car park behind the store. They are happy for you to try bikes in the car park which also really helps the whole experience.
Altogether top notch - I’d thoroughly recommend them.
