The service team went the extra mile to identify and sort the ‘creak’ on my gravel bike.
At no stage was I made to feel like I was worrying over nothing ( even though I’m a grey haired lady rider).
Great service from start to finish. Great communication from Alistair making it a real easy sale. Travelled 4.5hours from south wales to collect the bike and service on site was excellent. Any questions or requests were answered and dealt with friendly and professionally. Would definitely purchase again from Alistair/Pickering store.

Absolutely fantastic service from Big Bear Bikes. Thanks to Oliver, we have a brand new kids bike which was only released a fortnight ago, delivered with awesome communication and service, at a bargain price. Rich was really helpful, encouraged me to try the next size up on a bike which actually turned out to be a better fit and it was no trouble for me to try out a gravel bike Id also been considering instead of a hardtail (although it was quickly dismissed as I could immediately tell it was a terrible fit). I was kept informed about my order progress whilst waiting for it to be delivered and I also got a follow up call the day after I'd picked it up to check that everything was OK. Just really good service all round.
