Harry in the workshop has provided a fine service. He is courteous and knowledgable. Helped me set up the suspension post service as well. Highly recommend these guys. Not the cheapest service but that is relative to what you get. Good work costs. That's life. Thanks Harry.
Was looking for a bike for my 11 year old son and was very impressed by the service and guidance from Oliver at Big Bear Bikes as i didnt know where to start as there was so much variety to choose from.
After deciding on the Trek Marlin 4 XS this was built,tested before collection i was also impressed by the after sales service as after 6 weeks you have the opportunity to recalibrate the bike at no extra charge and an in depth discussion on keeping your bike in tip top condition and the do,s and dont,s on maintenance.High recommend a visit of you are looking for a bike or accessories.
