The entire team consists of genuine cycling enthusiasts who aren't just friendly they possess deep, expert knowledge. They are always ready to offer great advice and keep you updated on the latest trends and innovations in the cycling world. What I appreciate most is that they recommend products they’ve actually tested themselves, so you know you’re getting honest feedback.
The service department is equally phenomenal. The mechanics are top, I’ve never been disappointed, and every job has been completed 100% correctly with total transparency. No fluff, just high quality work.
While there are several other bike shops in the area, none come close to the level of satisfaction I get at Big Bear Bikes. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend them to everyone. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else when the experience here is better than perfect!

And when collecting the bike, was given a really thorough run through on using, cleaning etc. A purchase for my 14 year old son who is absolutely loving his new Trek mountain bike. The showroom is vast and there is a fantastic selection of both bikes and equipment. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always on hand to give advice and show you a product without any pressures to buy.
