Brilliant service from start to finish..used the Cycle to Work scheme to purchase a Trek e mountain bike.Local supplier wanted to add 15% to the price of the bike to cover admin costs?! Spoke to Mike R at Big Bear explore situation I got the bike at normal cost and the bike was ordered the same day.When I went to collect the bike 10 days later Alastair was brilliant explained how everything worked discussed helmet choices what lubricants and cleaning equipment I should use. Great service highly recommended

Love the Mirider 20 bikes we bought, Ollie was very helpful and informative about the bikes, we are testing the bikes up in Scotland and we think they are great, cycling is much more enjoyable rather than a hard slog up steep hills, you also get a workout when not using power as the bike is slightly heavier than my other bike
