Great service from initial walk into store for a 'look around', to return visit to actually buy something. Staff are always attentive and happy to explain things without any pressure of making the sale.
I had an issue with the rear derailleur on my Trek MTB and despite the supply issues caused by COVID and leaving the EU Big Bear Bikes kept me fully up to date ast to when the parts would arrive and then fixed under warranty. Fantastic service from the team, thankyou

The staff are friendly and helpful. Gave good advice and answered my questions. The bike was built and available much quicker than expected. Haven't had chance to take it out for a good ride yet, but very much looking forward to it
