Visited the main Pickering Shop last week on 2 separate occasions. Very professional & knowledgeable staff and polite friendly service. Product range during our visit was fine given the global circumstances (shopping for spare parts only) Shop is a nice environment and well laid out. Well done Big Bear Bikes - its a refreshing change from some other retailers i could mention. Would definitely recommend. 👍
