My bike was booked in for a service & to adjust the gears. When I picked my bike up the work carried out was fully explained. The technician did a final test ride before I took possession. Once again l am very happy with the service provided & will fully recommend the whole operation.

Great service from initial walk into store for a 'look around', to return visit to actually buy something. Staff are always attentive and happy to explain things without any pressure of making the sale.
I had an issue with the rear derailleur on my Trek MTB and despite the supply issues caused by COVID and leaving the EU Big Bear Bikes kept me fully up to date ast to when the parts would arrive and then fixed under warranty. Fantastic service from the team, thankyou
