Great customer service, given plenty of time to ask questions, given opportunity for a decent length test ride, trouble taken to set the bike up to match my bike fit, useful suggestions for accessories such as lights and mounts. Very impressed so far, I chose Big Bear after friends recommended it for after sales service, which is something that is very important to me.

For me looking for an ebike I had make and models to choose from. Knowledgeable sales staff. You can try the bikes. Store is well presented service accessories etc. I purchased two ebikes I was kept updated and when I collected them had a full rundown of how the bikes worked. Overall a good experience.
Went in to have 2 E bikes serviced and a rack fitted to one. Very efficient, very helpful. Will as always go there again.
