I bought a new light that was previously returned with scratched paint, missing paint, and general a very used appearance.
I went to exchange the item and there were no replacements on hand, and I ended up refunding.
Local bikeshop with great locations that offer down-to-earth and affordable services. Not pretentious, friendly and experienced technicians willing to help all respectfully; quick turnaround times. Wish prices in the shop could be a bit cheaper for accessories and electrolytes and such, but bicycling itself is on the pricier side.
The store associate who helped us (unfortunately I forgot her name, but it was a female and I think her name began with a J or a T) was very helpful, friendly knowledgeable and professional. she helped me find the right bite for my daughter and we are very happy with the bike. Thanks very much!
