What do you like about our products and services?

I dropped my bike off at Bicycle Habitat because the chain slipped off when I switched gears. I asked for a tune up at the same time. When I returned, I was told that a mechanic checked the bike and found it to be fine. I was then given the option of getting a refund on my deposit or a credit. I felt assured by the mechanic's assessment and was impressed that I wasn't charged for his time.

What do you like about our products and services?

Super knowledgable and friendly. Not at all pushy and genuinely interested in meeting the customer's needs, even if that means downselling them. Great service, awesome selection of add-ons, and free bike check ups for life!

It was all good. The price was a bit high but perhaps that’s the cost of doing business in NYC.

I am looking for a new bike and the person who helped me spent so much time and gave careful thought. i am not very tall, so she looked at different brands that might have extra small frames. It was really a pleasure.

Chad from the Vanderbilt location was extremely helpful and friendly, he ran outside after I’d left the store just to give me a map of the NYC bike routes. He recommended a great helmet and made me feel more confident as a casual city rider. Thank you Chad and Habitat!

I brought in a friend's loaner bike for minor repairs, fast turnaround. As well, I checked out the bike sales area, where the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me advice on buying a bike in the future. They KNOW bikes. Thanks!

What do you like about our products and services?

Great staff. They were super helpful in ordering a bike for me and really Patient with my timing on when I could pick up the bike. They sold me some additional accessories for the bike, but I didn’t feel like I was being sold to, if you know what I mean.
I love the bike and I’m really grateful for the” Free, minor, tuning, and adjustments” offer that was made. I’ll definitely be back!

What do you like about our products and services?

Everyone who works in the store is nice and friendly and really knowledgable, which makes biking really accessible to people who are just beginning. Whether you are just starting or an experienced rider, their customer service is unlike anything I've seen across the city. They take a lot of time to answer questions and give advice, which to me is just as valuable as the services and products themselves.
