Honest staff, great service!
I appreciate the detailed assessment of my (old) bicycle and what repairs were needed to get it back into good shape.
Also appreciate that they suggested things that could possibly wait.
The service was fast.
So far, I have only ridden the bike a very short distance home from the shop, but it seems great.
If I notice any issues when I go on a real ride, I'll get back in touch with the shop.

Well you told me initially one price and when I came to pick-up the bike, the original price went up by $30.00 dollars. Being a senior on a fixed income and having to spoon out additional monies is not good because I have to skip a few meals. Any way another bike cycle store fixed my 8,9 and 10 gears for $40.00 dollars. Have a good day. Pog mo thoin.

I dropped off my bike for a repair. Since it had been several years since an overall maintenance was done they recommended a full service overhaul. I am glad I decided to go that route.
My bike was disassembled and all components were adjusted and the drivetrain cleaned. Bike is ten years old. It looks and rides like new.

I wouldn’t recommend I’m very unhappy about the bike that I purchased. It was just put together.
The surly preamble.. I had dropped off some fenders to be installed when the bike was being built and asked if they could be put on if they fit.
When I arrive, the fenders were installed with notes saying that they were too big.
Upon inspection, I see that the frame was scratched, and the paint was chipped in places where the fender was installed, and it was installed improperly. Mostly there are scratches to the paint and the fender stay was being pulled over and putting a lot of pressure on the brake mount. This is absolutely unacceptable and furthermore, I even paid you for this poor install installation work.
Furthermore, the rear brakes were never aligned properly, and there was significant rubbing. I spent my own time at home, realigning the rear brake caliper, and wheel properly.

The was my first tome buying a bike and it was an excellent experience. The staff were extremely helpful in answering my questions, and transparent with the pricing.
