This is the second bike in the last year I purchased from Bike Habitat. My hybrid last July and my road bike a week ago. Kate, Libby and the mechanics were very helpful and provided good customer service.

The team is incredible. I always worry about entering a community that seems closed off from outsiders, and cycle people in nyc feel that way. NOT the Chelsea crew. They were so warm and encouraging and welcoming I loved it. I am training for my second triathlon and need a bike. I haven't bought a bike in over a decade. They were so helpful, generous with their time, explained all kind of stuff to me about riding well. I've never clipped in before. They're going to help me transition from toe cage to proper clips. I am anxious about it but I feel like I'm in such good hands!

I got upsold. I just wanted a tuneup. I blew nearly $500 when I just needed a safety check. I’d not been treated that way previously so I trusted them. But I should have just paid $180 or $220 not $450.
