Bike was great for laps around the park and Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Eric was great. Fixed a leaky tire on my 4 year olds bike in under 10 mins. He let him watch the repair and explained what he was doing. 10/10

I’ve been to this location 3 different times over the past year and the front desk folks have been extremely rude. And I would not suggest anyone come here without significant change to staff / staff management.

Really slow to repair, not communicative, horribly overpriced. Will not be returning. There are plenty of better bike shops locally with highly qualified staff and much better service and pricing.
Every time I visit the Bicycle Habitat on Vanderbilt Avenue, I feel welcomed, offered good advice, and my bike has been provided the best maintenance.
