Not only were they very friendly, but they were all very knowledgable and professional.
I traveled 3 hours to pick up a bicycle I ordered 6 months ago through the store and they were super accommodating. The staff kept me informed of delivery date delays through out the whole process.
The store had a family feel…..warm, and comfortable.
I’m getting ready to embark on a 4000 mile cross country bicycle trip in May….and i wish I could take the whole staff along with me for support.

Hands down a great experience. Matt is a gifted bike fitter and fountain of knowledge. The staff were super helpful and cordial. I rarely have an experience as good as this one in other trendy bike shops.

Nice staff, they know bikes, they are not trying to sell me big money items or a ten thousand dollar italian bike. You run a quality shop. I would definitely consider buying a new bicycle from your shop.
