You guys are the very best.
Attentive expert service from two different employees (dropping it off and picking it up). Answered all my questions. Happy to show me other options in bikes. In structure about my own bike when I picked it up after servicing. It was kind of a mess and now it rides like a dream.

Terrible handling of the line outside. Kept giving confusing and conflicting messages. Did work on my bike without quoting me a price first. 90 minutes for Five minutes of work and not much was even done. It can’t be this hard to more clearly manage a line guys.

I know from research (primarily internet research but other bicyclists too) that the products are top of the line. I tell staff what I think is, are the problems but I know from experience they will check to see if I missed something. Or tell me I really don't need what I think I need. I ain't rich. They always give me options. I like the way they communicate. No frackin' sale pitches or being pitched to. I hate sale pitches. I get to know trends. TURNAROUND IS FAST. I could go on. My 15-year-old Trek still zooooms.
