Really happy with the service from the Habitat team- especially Izzy. In addition to purchasing our new Surly, Nick (expert mechanic!) helped us get a spoke and brakes pads fixed on my Giant road bike- really pleased and impressed with service, quality, knowledge of the team - an all around enjoyable experience

The bike shipped quickly and it’s beautiful
They have a few stores, so are always convenient, stocked and resourced, but the staff at each store all act like it's a local shop and really connect and go out of their way to help you out - the best of both worlds!

I love the fact the Specialized bike had all the features i wanted. Comfort, style, Hydraulic features and speed. As far as the staff that assist me she was extremely polite, well educated gave me options and she was so good she actually sold my friend a bike that recommended me to go to the same store to recieve the same treatment..i love my bike and i wouldnt change it. Im happy and would give Bike habitat a 5 star 🌟. Thank you guys.
Isabel was great as a sales person for the initial sale (low pressure and patient with my 7 year old who was buying her first "real bike"). She was also great on the pickup and it was obvious she cared about getting her set up and safe as we pushed off.

The repairman was sensitive to me particular needs (old but beloved foldup bike), and when I chose to proceed he offered to start right away. The bike was ready by early evening

This is my third bike I've purchased and always appreciate the service as well as them knowing my entire purchase history for the last 10 years. Makes buying locally a real treat as opposed to online.
You want people to be happy with their bike. The only complaint I have this recent time is no one called me back to keep me informed about when the repair was done. I had to call several times
Great staff, very helpful and patient, aren't the types to talk down to you or steer you away from what you want, they are a tremendous benefit and a great reason to be a bicyclist in NYC
When I first picked up my bike post tune up the break rubbed. Would have been great if you guys had done a quick all over bike check first. Otherwise I am very happy with the service. Especially appreciated the fast turn around.

The team at Bicycle Habitat were awesome. They did a detailed fitting, explained how the newer features of the bike operated and how to maintain the bike.
They asked questions about the fit and ride as well as made recommendations on what pedals to use.
Lastly, they safely shipped my bike home!
