How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Love your store. When I originally came in, the mechanic who looked at my bike said I needed a new large chainring but you didn't have any but he would order one for me. They installed the SMALL chainring, which was not the one I needed. I had to buy the chainring I needed AGAIN.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I came to your store because of the wonderful customer service I heard. The biggest complaint is that wasnt good service. When picking up the bike, it required me to come multiple times. I tried to email to try to figure out when is the best time to get the bike... No response. It makes me believe that no one is checking or maybe understaffed are just overwhelmed. It's funny the process of receiving payment is not a priority.

Finally I was excited about getting my bike to find out I couldn't shift into First gear and there no one inflated the air on my front tire.

I'm willing to bet I won't get a response... It will just prove my point

What do you like about our products and services?

The store carries a range of products which is fantastic. But what our family loves most about BH-Bklyn is the service. Danny (I think that’s his name!) has helped our family for 4 years and has offered a wealth of knowledge, experience, humor and accommodation that just keeps us coming back.

The guy who helped me find what I needed was helpful, but I got the sense like he wasn’t into helping me! Maybe he was having a bad day.

Great service super customer responsive. Why is shop still closed / limited to walk in traffic. Covid is over.

Great customer service. Even though I misread the sign twice because of my own stupidity. Employees were really nice to point me in the right direction. They fixed my kids bike within hours of dropping it off. Highly recommend!

What do you like about our products and services?

I had a broken piece on my bike mid ride and came in to get it fixed. It was just a simple replacement so the mechanic only charged me for the part. It was fast and honest. I was back on my ride so quick.

Ordered bike online, very easy and quick process. Took a few days for the workers to build the bike, very quick to build the bike. Way pick up and workers were very nice.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I received a tune-up and when they replaced the brake cable, they made it really tight & it still didn't fix the problem of the brakes feeling like they were not working totally (eg it takes a long time to stop), which I mentioned to the tech when i dropped the bike off. The tune-up is expensive, but i would be willing to pay this much money if it felt like it addressed the problem.

The representative that took care of my sale was very knowledgeable, Mike gave me a very detailed rundown on my bike components, what to do and what not to do. Helped adjust the seat for my height, helped me get the right helmet and helped put the bike on my bike rack on the car. I am pleased with my purchase and professionalism and courtesy that was offered to me. I have zero complaints, but two thumbs up!

Went there for a seasonal tune up and some basic repairs. We waited less than 5 min to be helped and then the bike was fixed while we waited and very affordable!
