Good and timely service by knowledgeable employees. My bicycle required various repairs and adjustments, which BH successfully completed in a few short hours. Good work!

Knowledgeable service personal.
Friendly and helpful
I'm not sure. I just do. :)
Service was super! There was at least one or two BH employees outside at all times and they managed the queue with a lot of professionalism. Repair work great, price reasonable, and customer service 5 star. A now loyal customer. Lisa

Friendly and skillful local service! Work is always solid and I never feel like I'm going to be upsold or talked down to.
Bicycle Habitat is a solid, reliable bike store with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I always felt it was a responsible member of the broader biking community. I've been going there for my biking needs since the early 1990's.
I like that your stores are well located, stocked with excellent bicycles, and staffed by knowledgable team members interested in your product.
I could get the kids bike I got a lot of places - I keep coming back because the sales staff is exceptional, and are awesome with my kids every time. I’ve been buying bikes here for years
I wanted to buy the Revolt 2 with an added back rack for a toddler seat. I was told by a bicycle habitat employee in Chelsea on Sunday that this was feasible and posed no issue for the frame of the bike. I was pretty thorough with my questions.
Anyways, I came to the Brooklyn location and said that this is what I intended to do, test rode the bike, and when I was about to pay was informed that the mechanics would not install the rear rack for a toddler seat because it could compromise the frame—opposite of what I was told the day before. There was also some claim made about instability of drop bars. In the last 24 hours I’ve seen plenty of dads with kids in tow on drop-bar bikes. This latter point felt condescending.
Honestly, what annoyed me most was the lack of creative engagement to help me find a solution (I don’t know which I’d your employees is right about the frame—in either case my time was wasted). I came in ready to drop nearly $2k on the spot and left disinterested in ever returning to Bicycle Habitat.
Just came in for a new helmet and the store had exactly what I needed. Fast, professional service. Will return to the store for future bike-stuff needs.
Service was amazing thank you

Very informative didn’t feel pressured to buy something actually was told come back with kids try it out than make a decision. Great work Josh !
They were responsive and listened. The mechanic was not anxious to sell goods or services.
My experience was great, the folks there were friendly and helped us find the perfect bike. I would definitely go back for any future bike needs.

Awesome staff! Super helpful and excited to get me on my new bike.
