Store clerks are very helpfull and quickly ask if you need help when you enter the store. A wide variety of products is stocked.
Helpful staff, flexible policies, great bikes.
I believe their name was kate...they had glasses and short brownish hair. this person was extremely helpful with organizing a way to replace my bike wheel and getting a new tire for my bike. I'm so grateful for their support and customer service. I think it's very rare to be helped with a bike problem today at most bike shops. I will definitely be going back and telling my friends to visit this location.

They did a good job, I received guidance and alternatives to solve what I needed, after that the installation of the new handlebar and another part took about 3 hours, all perfect, clean work. So far so good
Bicycle mechanics and car mechanics are really similar in my mind. There are some real shysters out there especially in Brooklyn, where there are a lot of rich people who don't know oogatz about bicycles.
But I've, so far, had nothing but great experience at the Bicycle Habitat on 5th ave and 11th in the Slope.
In the past 2 months, I have bought a bicycle, returned an item, and have had two bikes boxed at bicycle habitat.
The service has been fast and thorough and friendly.
The neighborhood vibe and great services you offer.
So friendly and knowledgeable, they don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need and they do a great thorough job on tuneups and repairs. The bike I bought there has lasted years and thousands of miles and it’s in great shape thanks to them!

I had been thinking about buying a bike of my own for about 6 months. What sealed the deal for me is how knowledgeable and helpful everyone was. The bike they helped me pick has really changed my life already—my boyfriend and I rode to Staten Island and back (upper manhattan) and i've been commuting to and from work without any issues!
