Unfortunately the bike shop which was near my house is out of business. ( Maybe because of your store.)
Everyone was nice that I dealt with. I expected to get a call about my bike and the cost before the work was done to see if I wanted to go ahead. This is not your policy, I guess.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff
We had our Yuba Body Body tuned up. Though we had to come back a second time to get the gears working perfectly the bike is in excellent shape and rides like a dream.

I didn’t have too negative of an experience there, but the wait was very long, and the mechanic made me feel a little judged for shopping around/asking for a quote, and the $25 price tag for just a quote that it took 10 minutes to estimate felt quite steep.
