Very helpful staff
Picked up my bike after getting new bars fitted. They told me they put a minor scratch on the bar when fitting and were happy to replace. I couldn’t even see the scratch which they pointed out.
Didn’t want the bars replaced as for me the bike is to be ridden and will get more scratches in due course

Fast professional service
We went to get bikes for our kids and the staff was absolutely amazing.
Took the time to show us multiple size options and made customizations so the kids could have a better riding experience.
We had to get helmets and even in that they walked us through the various options and safety features.
Loaded the bikes for us and showed us how to use the bike carrier.
They made the whole experience so much special. Didnt feel we bought the bikes from a shop rather felt like we were spending time with some friends and somehow ended with two bikes. :)
