Wow, the staff in this store have been amazing, particularly the young man (who gee up in Ghana?) couldn’t do enough for us and spent time and effort on selecting helmets for the kids. What a great representation of the Trek brand! We will be back for more bikes and accessories soon!

Gaius and the Trek team at osborne Park were fantastically helpful from my first contact. my old commuter bike was stolen and i needed to get fully re-stocked - the Trek website firstly let me check stock at the stores near me, and I was very happy I could reserve a bike (by email) to have a look at the next day - even through the Xmas-time rush period. Then when I went in Osborne Park store, Gaius stayed with me for the whole process of trying a couple of bikes out, making adjustments and ensuring I felt comfortable. He was really patient and friendly as I chose all the acccessories, gave honest advice and suggestions and was not pushy or judgemental at all. I was able to get everything I needed at Osborne Park - from gloves to pannier racks. The team then added all the accessories and i was able to pick the bike (Trex FX Sports 4) up the next day, and Gaius was genuinely excited that i would be able to get riding on it straight away. I also love that I get a free service! So 10 out of 10 for service and 10 out of 10 for quality of product. Thanks for all your help.

Your staff are professional and caring
Problem: unable to change down on cassette, stuck on smallest cog, due to LH shifter hitting the ground.
Tom Hine did a great job: listened to the short history of my (stupidly self-inflcited) problem, isolated the root cause, then used the background and his skills to successfully diagnose and correct a technically intricate problem.
The bike was repaired at what I thought was a minmimum cost, with no need for addtional parts, then I was notified of a FIX within well under two hours of leaving the bike at the store.
Bloodywell unheard of (for me, until 23/12/25 obviously).
Tom even threw in a free chain lube.
I don't know any other bike shop where I'd get this sort of response.
An absolutely outstanding performance.
Strongly advise riders of any type of bike to visit Trek Hoppers Crossing if you've got a problem.

I've also found the customer service focus and the sharing of experience across the entire staff at Hoppers Crossing (shoutout to the guys at Richmond too) to be beyond exceptional.
It seems Trek Australia's service culture is very strong. Great organisation.
(The Domane is the most comfortable bike I've ridden, and that's doing 60km continuous rides daily, and a great looking bike too, although mine's got a scratched brake lever now...)

Christmas is always a busy time of year and when we spontaneously rocked into Trek at Westfield Knox the team was accomodating in letting my 13yo try a few bikes on for size as well as my 7yo to have a look around without hassle. The next morning I called and spoke to Chris about stock levels and was happy to hear I could get a Marlin 5 and Precalibur 24 put aside to be collected that afternoon. Pickup was a breeze and was even asked if I needed help getting them to my car which was not needed but the offer was nice enough. Excellent job by the team, two very happy kids waking up Christmas Day I’m sure 👍
