Customer service from Tatiana was excellent when we came to collect the new bike for my 12 year old son. Tatiana walked us through all the new items/features that we were not familar with, made some adjustments (for height and weight) with also installed additional accessories that we required. She answered all our questions too. This was one of the best customer experiences I had in a long time. Thank you!
The Trek shop attendant was very helpful in helping me select the right quality and right size of bike shorts for my teenage daughter.
He made it very clear as to the options I had and the different performance qualities of the range. Gave excellent advice as to how the shorts should fit the wearer and in particular how the chamois should contour the riders body.
He also made it very clear that if the shorts were not a good fit that they could be returned to any Trek store as long as I had the receipt on hand.
The shorts were a perfect fit!

I love the staff at your Philip, ACT location. Every visit feels like my relationship with the store staff is important to them. They ask how I've been, how my son is, how has my biking experience been, etc... They give good honest advice, but most importantly are always enthusiastic about biking in general. Their enthusiasm is what makes Trek (Philip) my go to brand and shop.

Great experience at Trek Camberwell. I was looking for a Garmin mount puck and was pleased to find they had one in stock. Being able to buy it locally without having to order online and wait for delivery was a real bonus. It’s a small part, but having it available when you need it makes a big difference. Happy with my purchase and would happily shop there again.
