Bought bike several years ago and had not had annual service. I blew the back tire about and took it in for repair. Both inner tubes needed replacement. Both technicians were attentive and engaging. (Insert name), newest tech having served in the US Navy previously, did friendly ,efficient and quick work, explaining everything as he went. Bike is like new, was very please that I was able to accomplish without leaving bike. Many thanks and would recommend for any bike purchase and repair.

We had a wonderful experience at Trek in Greenville. Our salesman was Howie. Our salesman was Howie. He was very personable and very knowledgeable about all of the products. He first listened to our needs and asked about our past experiences. The most important thing was finding the right bicycle in the right size for my wife. He did a good job and spent a very appropriate amount of time with us. I have already selected a bike I will be riding, and it will arrive in the next two weeks. we highly recommend the store and the people that helped us while we were there.
