Great customer service and advice
Friendly & efficient staff. Whenever I need service they go out of their way to try & get the issues taking care of quickly. Often minor repairs/adjustments are done while I wait. I am a dedicated Trek bike (multiple) owner & can't say enough for the support I get from everyone there.
I took my bike to get ready for ride because I had had an accident with it and I wanted to make sure that it was ready to ride. They took my bike right away and had me ready to go within 15 minutes. I bought the holder for my Phone and then they installed it right there. Need to say I am more than pleased with Atlanta Cycling.

It was my first visit into the store since I moved here two years ago. I have had a tough time getting back on the bike over the past 2 years since relocating here to GA from Los Angeles. I have driven by the store several times and thought to go in, but just haven't had the motivation to actually stop and go in. Well I can say, Mary (as she introduced herself) was absolutely amazing! She asked for our names and throughout our time in the store just browsing through all of the offerings her discussion with us and at least 2 to 3 other parties in the store, she spoke to each party using their names. She was beyond phenomenal. She asked all the right questions, offered all the support and welcoming services of the dealership. Ultimately the service tech had been listening in from the back as well and once he was able to free himself from his service items, he too came and spoke with us and the others in the store.
Thank you Atlanta Cycling for making your customers feel like guest's, not retail customers. I know retail and the bike business very ...very well without offering too much detail and this experience was without questions the best initial visit I have ever had thanks to Mary. She was great and your store(s) and patrons are very lucky to have such a talented personality.
