Really great range of products and bikes. Everything from adventure bikes and electric options to gravel, full suspension mountain and road race bikes. All the equipment and components too. Shop’s warranty policies are also great and super extensive and their bike fitting policy is awesome. Best part of the shop is the staff though. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Always happy to answer any questions and refer you to the right product/direction for you. Haven’t been wrong so far. Never pressure you into buying anything you don’t need/want or try to sell you anything unnecessary. They’re also just nice people who love bikes.

We purchased two bikes, bike rack, and helmet from Luke. His customer service, patience, and knowledge were exemplary. The store was busy but he took his time, we weren’t rushed and he answered every question with very specific information that we requested.
The personnel were excellent and genuinely concerned about repairing my bike and bringing it back to an “as new” condition. I do recommend them to all my friends in the biking world.
Where to start! Amos and his team are top notch! During my morning ride my chain broke. Later on that afternoon I decide to take it to Atlanta Cycling Duluth to have them replace it. I was prepared to have to leave it as I’m in the sales and service industry as well. I went to the counter and a young gentleman asked me what I needed. I told him I needed a new chain. He said give him 10 minutes. The other gentleman in the service area mentioned they were pretty busy and I told him I was prepared to leave it. He said it was no problem and to give them a bit. That gave me plenty of time to catch up with Amos in between him helping customers. I’ve always had excellent service, and no pressure sales from everyone there, and will continue to buy and service all my bikes at this location

I had a wonderful experience picking out the perfect bike. Jessica is a very nice employee who was able to blend product knowledge and experience to my specific requests and riding ability. I've enjoyed riding my new bike many times since the purchase and look forward to a good relationship with the store.

Skyler and the team are always so happy to greet me and eagerly take care of the issues on my bike. They know I want to get out and ride and offer quick fixes while also letting me know what maintenance is coming up, and which parts I should consider ordering. And half the time I go ahead and place an order for those parts. Absolutely love the pit crew.
