Very customer-centric staff & services. We recently headed out on a bike ride and noticed one of our tires was beginning to fray. We stopped at Trek, and one of the staff immediately came out to help us at our car / bike carrier. We were sold 2 new (better) tires, they were installed immediately, and we were able to keep our plans and ride that afternoon. Great service / products ... fabulous staff!
