The repair team did a great job fixing a good free bike I found on the side of the road!! All it needed was 2 tire tubes. The repair was quick and the guys were so friendly and helpful!
David greeted us as soon as we walked in . I wasn’t sure which bike would be best for me . David asked a lot of questions about my riding plans and conditions , then gave me the best options . After several test rides , I found the bike for me . Several people at the Trek bicycle store helped customize my bike for me . Bike set up is important to avoid knee and back injuries. Excellent customer service before , during and after the purchase.
It was easy for me to come in and get my tire serviced. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The person at the service department explained what he would do and how much it would cost. Once finished, he gave me tips for going forward.
The entire staff treats you respect & patience whether you’re buying a $1 item or a $10,000 bike.

Bay was outstanding. He spent so much time with me making sure I got just the right bike. And then setting it up and getting me all equipped. I was impressed in general with all the staff. Very professional experienced cyclists. Not young kids. They know bikes that’s for sure.
And I love my electric domane. Just adore it. I am now able to ride the blue ridge parkway again ! It’s brought biking in the mountains back into my life!
I will only buy trek and only recommend trek. I’m a groupie for life.
Oh and then another staff member came in on their day off to show me their domane when I was trying to decide. I can’t remember his name. Hal? Not sure but that was incredible customer service.
I love the personalized approach and great information provided by the staff here. I came in 2 months ago to get tires for my mountain bike. One of the techs, alongside the salesman educated me on what tires would be best for my setup and riding style. They weren’t simply trying to make a sale. They were trying to sell me the product that best fits my mission. That led me to come back when it was time to buy a quality bike rack for my car yesterday. It was a similar experience. I was led through all of the options, my questions were answered, and at the end of the day they made an $850 sale, and I left happy as could be. They even installed the bike rack on my car for me! Thank you for providing great customer service. Keep up the good work!

Matt and the gang are super responsive and friendly. I noticed in the morning that I had yet another flat tire on my mountain bike (not good for going for a ride in the afternoon), my son dropped it off, and he and I begged to turn the bike around in 2 hours so I could retrieve it before the Secret Service made a mess of traffic owing to Biden's visit.
