The folks at Atl. Cycling are great. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind. I go there a lot. I have purchased 3 bikes from them. I love the life time tune up service that comes with the bikes you buy there. I do not know how to work on my bikes nor do I want to learn. I am good at other things. I just bring them in and they get everything cleaned up and working like new. I highly recommend the Duluth location.

They carry a great selection of products and if they don't have it in stock they will order it for you. I always receive great service when I come in. Whether it is a simple adjustment, or replacement of parts, the service team are there to answer my questions and repair my issue in a timely manner so I can get back out on the trails.

Choosing this Trek store as my local bike shop was the right decision when I moved to town! While I've only purchased one ebike from them (so far), I've brought several others in for service over the last year and Stephen and David always go above and beyond in quality, timeliness, friendly service and guidance.
