One of the best customer experiences services I have ever had, frankly. Paris was awesome as was Chris. Needed some adjustments to my daughter's bike which they did quickly. And then they put my daughter on the stationary bike and measured exactly for the seat height. Might be upgrading my bike soon and will buy it nowhere else.

Bay and Chris were excellent as far as service. They were passionate about making the bicycle fit me correctly and they were patient in holding the bicycle for me. They were also great as far as promptly, competently, and thoroughly responding to the plethora of inquiries I had for them.
