I'm totally in awe by the professionalism and the expertise and the patients of all staff at the Greenville south Carolina location. Every staff employee chipped in and helped as a team effort to help me in every way. I found the store to be very clean and well stocked. I purchased over a dozen accessories in every one was in stock. In the weeks before my purchase of a beautful domane SL6 AXS ETAP I attended some group rides and even though I was holding up the back of the Pack every staff member was patient with me as I fell behind on the uphills on my city hybrid bike and was very friendly, I felt like family. Thank you Josh, Jerry and the rest of this super staff, especially Brady who did my custom bike fit and installed all the many accessories which took 2 hours working right up till store closing on a Friday night. I needed to get some insoles in quickly because I dropped the ball ordering online in the right time frame and they got them in when I needed them, communicated quickly and the guy was very nice checking out. He looks like Trent Crimm from Ted Lasso and was friendly when I told him so.
I dealt with service this week and they were very nice and quick with repairing and servicing our bikes.

Heather was a great help on questions regarding switching to a trek bike. Will be purchasing one in the near future from this shop. Selection was great all around and prices seemed good.
Tristan was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. Answered all questions, offered options when the bike I was interested in was no longer available . Bike arrived sooner than expected. Assembled perfectly. Store offers great maintenance options. Basic is free lifetime service. Also picked up some accessories.
