I like the lifetime maintenance. staff is always super friendly and helpful. doesn't make me feel dumb as I don't know anything about bike maintenance and can struggle with the simplest things like installing a kick stand.

It was my first time visiting to get a new tire. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Quick and easy, I will definitely be back for any repairs I might need, or to up grade my bike. They have quite the selection.
The service is top notch. My daughter is new to the area and Todd and team made sure that my daughter was happy with her new bike. They also helped her pick out essential accessories such as the security lock and lights. I highly recommend this store for both bikes and service.

Good selection of accessories, only slightly marked up vs Amazon, but having friendly expert service for installation & repairs makes it a no-brainer.

I was able to call and speak to someone at the store and ask questions about a bike. Bradley found the bike I was looking for and pulled it for me since I was driving up from about 40 min away. They were able to check my fit and let me do a test ride to make sure things were good. Bradley answered all my questions, set me up with the accessories I needed and got those installed on the bike. I’d been at two other shops over the last week and this was my best experience. I already recommended this shop to my brother who is a MTB rider. Thanks for the great value and service!
