Excellent service
Technicans are informed, and good at informing our building and residents of best practices and helpful tips. Luis David Montilla is our recent/current tech. He has been thorough. He asks questions, helps find solutions. He has been very professional and mindful of the building, and handles communication well when on site. Supervisors are brought in when needed. Mike came in quite a while ago to advise us; we followed up in all suggestions and it fixed the issue. We have had assured environments service our buildings for many years. (it is OK to use this as a pull quote, but do not use my name. We are a self managed building, and I am simply a board member in charge of handling pest control. You could identify us as a "co-op, Upper West Side" or "a Brownstone Co-op, Bloomingdale/UWS" - I just prefer our co-op name not be listed because we don't have a way to manage folks. Try to ask us questions! I have already a let folks in the neighborhood know we use Assured Environments for our pest control. It is absolutely fine to let the persons named in this review. No that I and our building have name them here, it is OK for internal use.)

Did a thorough inspection.
One of your workers is supposed to handle rat traps in the front and rear of our building. Each time he comes to the building he only handles the traps in the front. Then he writes on his completion sheet that the Super did not answer his phone. That is an untrue statement. The Super is always around, your worker is not contacting him. He obviously does not want to do his job efficiently. He is also endangering our property.
Assured is a pleasure to work with. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, and the billing process is smooth and seamless. Thank you for your great work.
Jose haas been my service tech for over a year and half. He is professional, kind and dedicated. I have really enjoyed his service and hope for him to be rewarded.
