You've been around for a long time, very reliable, flexible, and easy to access/ communicate with.
The inconsistency of the exterminator is not working and never announces themselves to the building manager or superintendent.

Good morning,
    My regular technician is very thorough and observant while walking the building and providing the service. His recommendations have proven to be effective and have reduced infestations.
I’m disappointed that I had to personally chase after people I already know within the company in order to get the basic services I needed. I shouldn’t have to rely on personal connections to ensure that simple tasks are taken care of. I expected a smoother and more professional experience.

Assured has been taken care of us for years and has made our food audits easier. Our technician Franz is our go to guy. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He let's us know where our problems are and completes our records for inspections. Stand up guy that gets the job done!

First and foremost, never have the "Supervisor from the Bronx" call me or even bother to think about my propety again. His manarism and his hindrance to perform service at my site has dissapointed and caused a major problem with my reliance with Assured. I recently had a situation where an emegency service call was put out to my local tech who is most reponsive for the last 10 years, an emegency service call is rare from us because of the simple fact my local technician is on point and does a spectacular job maintaing my property. I called my service tech for the emergency, he relaid to me it needed to be approved by one of his managers who intern sends me an email asking if the emergency call would be approved by me for a miniscual cost of $400, my approval was the fact that I called in the emergency service in the first place. My Tech is usually here at 530AM or 6AM when I arrived the next morning found out he never showed because of an approval. The manager called me later the next morning asking if it was okay to charge me the $400 for the service, I asked why was the service held up for $400? If thats the service charge then so be it. He then had someone from the Bronx call me and he was rude and thought he needed to tell me he was a retired NYPD Police as if that made a difference to my situation. Horrible, disrespectful and unprofessional.
He actually had the audacity to tell me he was going to eat the $400!!  The whole reason this was held up was for $400 and now you going to make it disapear?  So dissapointing
I spent over $1300 just a few months ago on a service that yelded negitive results and did not say a thing, the service cost is the service cost 
Reginal manger Janes green interveened and help turn the situation around but it was already to late 
Between the Thug charactoristic from the Bronx and the poor communication from Izzy, I know now Assured is no longer the same service that I have delt with for 20+ years

This has been my experience for the last 6-7years.
Your technicians are great and will do the job to the best of their abilities!  As long as they have the right tools and are not being rushed from the office or have to cover other buildings that are not on their route.
 
I do not get a call/ email or a sub technician when my regular technicians calls out or if there is a holiday on my schedule day.

Technician response is outstanding
Technician (Emmanuel) was very polite and came within the stated window of time. He always does a thorough job.
The technicians are very professional and personable, they always ask how things are going since their last visit and if there are any problems that need their attention. Most of the time the schedule they have set for our office is kept.
