The service was great. The technician who was assigned to me Mr. Will Kelly was professional, knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what the treatment entailed. I was satisfied with my service and will be using Assured for follow up services.

What could we do to improve?

Provide training for those who deal with customers regarding the billing. It appears that a reminder is necessary for those in the back office on how to treat customers.
