The technicians that I've had the last few years have been amazing and it definitely been very reliable as any requests sent to the office have been handled in a timely manner. I've had great experiences with the company the last many years I've been dealing with them and just phenomenal.
You have excellent service and good technician
Sending me the outcome report or a follow up when I send you a work order to service an apartment is very much needed. I usually have to contact you to see what happened or if the job was done. Most of the time I send you work orders for either an HPD violation or a court case that I have to respond in a timely manner. Sending me a report when the job is complete will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Our technician is always very professional and courteous. He takes his time to make that he is covering all areas and always asks if we have any areas of concern or activity. We also always can get someone to come to our office very quickly when we are in need.
