Just timing
The white cards are not effective.The mice jump over them. Use real traps.Close holes more
effectively.

Any issues that were scored he explained the reason why and how to fix it going forward.
It was like he was giving a class while doing the inspection. Showed us what to look for while doing our walks. Example cake decorators' tips even though we were good, he showed us what can happen and what to look for.
After his visit we had a huddle, and every associate felt very good about the inspector, and he explained everything during the inspection.
Being an inspector is a tough job and no likes to be showed mistakes, but the way he did was so positive.
After the walk he went over the report with the management staff. Explaining the results and coaching us the fixes with the issues. Thank you, Jack DeLuca manager,
