I am very happy to have found Assured Environments to be my exterminating company. The account executive Doug Siu was very patient, friendly, professional & knowledgeable when I explained the issues that my tenant was experiencing in his apt. The team also did excellent work & was very punctual, professional & friendly. The technician came last Friday with applying the 1st treatment & my tenant already noticed the difference that is working already. I'm very happy with them & will definitely recommend them to all my friends & family.

non effective mice treatment
Over the past two months we have had a mouse/rat infestation. The techs that come have not done anything to assist besides putting down non-baited traps that are not helping. We have called several times and each time a tech comes they do little to nothing. They have not evaluated the perimeter of the property or given us any indication as to how the rodents are getting in. We had the head of maintenance from Mercy Hospital reach out and a supervisor came to our site. All he did was complain that he had to come here all the way from upstate. He checked one room. When we requested that he look outside he refused. We then asked him to check a lounge that we specifically mentioned when we called and her begrudgingly walked down the hallway to do that. He then showed us a list on his phone of all of the other sites he had to go to.
This visit was unprofessional. Also, we do not need a pest control company that just comes for visits to collect money, but does not actually assist us when we have an issue.

Their A/R personnel is not knowledgeable of her job and that is very critical to Assured and frustrating to us, the clients.

Yeah Christian came back to my Wendy's store #7998 to cover someone who was on vacation. Christian was my original Tech and he is outstanding. Does a great job everytime he is in the store.

I wish we had more interactive discussion with your personnel/supervisor about exactly what they would do and how to solve problem. Your supervisor gave a sales pitch and said mice are citywide problem and you have 70% of Upper East business and not much more. I thought you were search and seal but there was not much searching. We had to find more holes to fill and my family and our superintendent told your guy what holes to fill. Problem SEEMS to be taken care of ( time will tell) but I would expect that you as professionals would lead the effort more. To you it may seem mundane but to your customers it is a serious stressful and distressing experience to deal with mice infestation.
