Sometimes, when your tech comes, he doesn't remove the old sticky traps. I end up removing them because there are vermin on them, so he doesn't put a new one when he comes again.

The Assured associate comes to the First name removed usually later in the day, and usually late in the week. If he finds moths near the rice or bird seed sections, he wants us to strip sections and leave product in the freezer for days, negatively impacting our weekend business which happens to be our busiest days.

absolutely zero information when making changes to the tech will be servicing the property.
The extermination services can be much more in depth. Lastly when the regular tech is out the replacement has no information about the property. therefore, we have to show them what needs to be done & escort them they should have at the very least a list of what should be covered & done for the property before being assigned to it. we often are so busy that we have to turn away service because we just do not have anyone to escort the guy doing coverage.
