You should give an automated advance notification when you plan to visit a property (automated email with scheduling capabilities). All of my buildings in your care are multi-unit. So without advance warning you can’t treat some key tenant units so it’s a waste of time and money.

Assured needs to have much better internal communication. The right hand never seems to know what the left is doing, and there sometimes is confusion among the various technicians around the plan for our facility, and schedules.
Assured Environments was immediately responsive to our rodent problem and has followed up appropriately. The exterminator who came was very pleasant to deal with and seemed to quickly discover the source of our problem. So far so good, but only time will tell if the problem has been completely resolved.
Shusana at the office is excellent. Albert (recently retired) and Israel (new guy) are both also excellent. They arrive on time, answer my questions and seem to do a thorough job.
