Professionalism and cleanliness.
Technician was very attentive and explained everything he was doing.
The guy stayed for less than half an hour. To do four floors of a brownstone? He emptied and laid down traps. That's it. No figuring out how the mice got in and/or how to stop them. No prevention. No conversation about what's going on. In and out. The end. He said he had to get back to his van so he wouldn't get a ticket. He also said he'd come back the next week to do stuff in the backyard. That never happened. Then someone just suddenly came to do Round Two... which was never scheduled. Someone just showed up expecting to "finish" the job. No warning phone call. Nothing. My tenants and I were not ready for him. He went away. And there has been no follow up. Still waiting for a scheduled Round Two.

It is good to have a pest control service at least once a year.
What I DO NOT like is the fact that the man comes at the END of the time window. It is too late in the day.

Plan your pesticide spraying when weather patterns are optimal so that the customer is not paying for spraying to be done and having it wash away the next day. Better communication and coordination with the customers schedule.

Christian does a great job at maintaining my store from free of pest. I had a beer nest in the bush by my drive thru and he was passing thru to check up and got out of his truck to help me. Christian goes above and beyond and I appreciate all he does.
