Consistently, Assured Environments provides service that brings desired results: virtually no pests. The cooperation of AE Pest that we receive is especially appreciated when there are special needs or services requested - the response is excellent. On occasions when there may be questions on reports or on a particular service, the matter is addressed to exceed our expectations time and time again. Finally, when response or attention is needed from our Account Executive, Ian Rocker, he is "right there" and doing what he needs to help us out. I always receive top quality work from your field technicians .
when ever i have had the need for the assistance of your entomologist the reports have been turned around quickly and a plan has been formed quickly followed by a solution and a proposed cost. I also love the inspection reports that are delivered via email after each visit, they thoroughly explain any treatment as well as identify all issues that my team needs to address.
My experience with Assured Environments have far exceeded all other exterminating companies i have worked with previously.
