Prior to July I would have rated this relationship a 10. I am not sure what changed but you have become non responsive and bi-weekly visits have not been scheduled or met. We communicated that a Food Safety Audit was coming up and you have been non responsive.,

Eddie, who comes each month to exterminate is extremely reliable, knowledgeable & professional. He comes each month, checks the entire office and I am always confident that we are "pest free".
