Assured has impecible communication with management to both solve and prevent problems before they manifest. Thier staff is professional and show up any time or any day of the week. This is a reliable company with excellent results.

Knowledge and professionalism.
We've been a long-time customer of Assured Environments for our pest control/traps/etc. In the last year an a half, there have been repeated issues with service. I've REPEATEDLY (many, many times) asked our service rep to send technicians first thing in the morning, between 9 and 10, and every time I'm told this is no problem, and they almost NEVER come then. They stroll in around 2 or 3. The reason (as I've explained) that we need it earlier, is our office is still 90% remote, there's not often people there in the afternoon, we need them to arrive in the morning. The technicians themselves are great and personable, but I have no idea why it would be so difficult for this very simple thing to happen. If the issue is the time request isn't being communicated to them, that needs to be resolved. if the issue is they are told to come at 9 and simply don't, that needs to be addressed as well.
Most recently in November, I scheduled our monthly service for 9am on Nov 1, a monday morning when I knew I'd be there, and that time and date was confirmed. The technician showed up on a Tuesday afternoon, Nov 9. I wasn't there to receive them, and luckily someone happened to be in, but the tech just arrived and started spraying things. I wasn't told about the delay, the change, or anything. This is infuriating and terrible service. We are considering changing pest services because of this.
Bad expensive service- just set traps and ignore
a few times the dates got mixed up by the scheduling department.
Example: due to a Monday Holiday they would schedule our bi-monthly appointments on 2 consecutive weeks.

Inspection at one of the facilities was recently not done correctly as boxes were left without bait and were not cleaned of debris. Constantly have to make sure insurance information, licenses and other documents in the binders are up to date. Level of service is not as I had hoped.

Both exterminators I dealt with with very nice and professional. When I returned I could see they did a thorough job and dealt with every piece of furniture and the insides of cupboards.
I wasn't paying for the treatments - my landlord is, but if I were paying I would be disappointed in the expense vs the effectiveness of the treatment. Two treatments later i notice no difference to the bedbugs we find on our bed. I still wake every night to new bites and kill 10 -20 bugs with a torchlight.
The sniffer dog also seems redundant for cases you can see an infestation. I didn't need the extra step of having a dog sniff out what I could see with my eyes - that the bugs were live and active on my beds.
Otherwise everyone I dealt with was nice and professional, from the exterminators to the email support.
So far company has done an excellent job serving our faciility

Don't keep changing the guys who service us after they've become familiar with the building's layout, needs, issues, and residents.
We had a great guy who knew exactly what was required on every visit, and which residents to follow up with, and now we're back to scratch.
I may as well have just changed COMPANIES!

No call before showing up, unreliable

My long term service technician was replaced with the goal of more efficient scheduling. This strategy does not take into account the long term relationships clients have developed with technicians.
I have been trying for two months to tall to someone about this and resolve my dissatisfaction and my concerns have yet to be addressed although I am told that someone will get back to me. I am told the new technician is uneasy on the stairs and this is a safety issue. I have said this to more than one person at Assured Environments and still no response.
If I don't hear back from someone this coming week, I will be looking for a new service despite my almost 20 year history with Assured Environments
