Technician was very attentive and explained everything he was doing.
The guy stayed for less than half an hour. To do four floors of a brownstone? He emptied and laid down traps. That's it. No figuring out how the mice got in and/or how to stop them. No prevention. No conversation about what's going on. In and out. The end. He said he had to get back to his van so he wouldn't get a ticket. He also said he'd come back the next week to do stuff in the backyard. That never happened. Then someone just suddenly came to do Round Two... which was never scheduled. Someone just showed up expecting to "finish" the job. No warning phone call. Nothing. My tenants and I were not ready for him. He went away. And there has been no follow up. Still waiting for a scheduled Round Two.

It is good to have a pest control service at least once a year.
What I DO NOT like is the fact that the man comes at the END of the time window. It is too late in the day.
